Residency Compass does not collect any personal information. We do not require account creation, email addresses, names, or any identifying information to use the app.
The app requests access to your device's location solely to display your current position on the compliance map. This location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any external server, stored in any database, or shared with any third party.
All addresses you screen, compliance results, saved searches, and PDF reports are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted off your device, never shared with third parties, and never accessible to Remora Development LLC or any other party.
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data permanently.
Residency Compass uses Apple MapKit and OpenStreetMap to provide mapping and location data for compliance screening. These services operate under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Apple's Privacy Policy and OpenStreetMap's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.
We do not use any advertising networks, analytics services, or tracking tools.
Residency Compass is rated 17+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
